SuperLady™'s superhero powers will leave you breathless with admiration! A nutrient-intensive multivitamin with an array of bioavailable vitamins and minerals, combined with several key whole foods and herbs, SuperLady is ready to be your favorite nutritional hero to support your unique feminine needs with elegance and grace.
SuperLady™'s base of bioavailable vitamins includes beta-carotene, D3, and K2, a crucial trilogy of nutrients. Also joining the team is the methylated form of B-12 (a pre-converted form of B-12 that's easy for the body to use). For the increasing number of individuals who are unable to convert other forms of B12 into a usable form, SuperLady helps to bridge the nutritional gap without further burdening their systems.
With a wide array of minerals and herbal ingredients, SuperLady™ is designed to support and nourish the hormonal system for women of all ages. It also provides key nutrients for healthy bones, sharp cognitive skills, the urinary system, and cardovascular needs, all while being extremely gentle and easily digested.
Evening Primrose Oil: one of the most concentrated known forms of essential fatty acids; renowned for its ability to support hormonal balance, skin health, and circulatory health
Cranberry: rich in proanthocyanidins which encourage optimal urinary tract health
Horsetail Silica: extremely beneficial for healthy bones, hormonal balance, and cardiovascular health. Silica works in conjunction with calcium to make it more bioavailable, which greatly aids bone health.
We encourage you to ask your doctor or health practitioner if you have one or more of the following conditions to see if SuperLady™ is a good fit for your needs.
- Autoimmune disorders
- Hashimoto's/Thyroid Disorders
If you are pregnant or nursing, we suggest using SuperMom instead of SuperLady, but your health care practitioner should be consulted for specific recommendations prior to any supplementation in pregnancy or breastfeeding.

I LOVE these vitamins. I had a baby two years ago. I was feeling awful trying to get my body back to normal. Tired and run down... Depressed! I started taking these and exercising. I feel so much better. So much more energy! The pills are kind of big, but I don't have any trouble taking them since they are soft gels. I highly recommend these vitamins!
I have a step-son but no biological children; I also was drawn to the female supporting herbs so I decided on these instead of Supermom. I haven't noticed a big difference in energy but I also take Omega-3's and have solid energy anyway so I'm not too worried about that. I have noticed myself feeling stronger, and my skin is much clearer since taking these. I'll most definitely continue purchasing these until it's time to begin pre-natals
I have always used SuperMom but since I am 56 and getting older I thought I would try SuperLady. It seemed like SuperLady was for women in menopause. I have been disappointed in its effect on me. It does nothing. Supermom would always give me energy, but SuperLady does not. I will continue with Supermom. I wish I knew why the difference.
Looking at the nutritional label on these, they are packed full of great stuff. I am glad I gave them a try but I will be going back to taking "SuperMom" vitamins instead when these are gone. I don't like having to take 3 pills instead of 2. It may have just been for other reasons but I did feel more tired during the time I was taking these. I don't regret trying these but I'll stick with my other kind.
I ordered these in hopes to get my body back on track after it had gone through a lot. Once I began taking these I no longer had the symptoms I was previously having. I do feel more energized also. My only complaint is the size... they are a bit large, to where I dread taking them. But I do know there is an alternative to these capsules.
Why do you recommend to ask doc for "good fit" for when considering the above 'conditions': autoimmune, Thyroid, diabetes, or menopause. Is this because they could be bad for those conditions or very helpful for them?
Question by: Shawn Wyman on Dec 8, 2016 7:16:00 PM
All of those conditions are very complex and can have multiple underlying factors involved with them. While some of the nutrients and herbs may be very beneficial and helpful to some of these underlying issues they might also not be a good fit for others. Doctors have access to each individual health history and can in conjunction with your own personal research help identify if any of the ingredients in SuperLady would be less than ideal for any particular health situation.

Why is this product not recomended for teenagers? Will this product increase my hair growth?
Question by: Danielle Cannon on Nov 7, 2015 11:13:06 PM
Teenagers - While it might be fine for a teenager to take, we are not doctors and thus are unable to fully evaluate the needs of teenagers. So we feel with a product that is formulated for adults, you should consult your naturopath or nutritionist before using with teenagers.
Hair Growth- there are some great nutrients that are know to help increase hair growth, so it is possible that it can increase your hair growth.
