Colostrum is the nutrient-rich, pre-milk fluid produced by all mammals during the first few days after giving birth. It has an extremely high concentration of immunoglobulins (uniquely structured proteins that naturally contribute to healthy immune function). Colostrum keeps certain bacteria from adhering to mucus membranes.
Also contained in colostrum is something called "transfer factor" which is a tiny molecule that contains information about the mother's immune system. This immune information is passed on to the recipient. Because animals are exposed to many of the same "bugs" as humans, this bovine colostrum is able to boost the human immune system via the information in the transfer factor! Colostrum has been shown to increase overall immunity, expedite the body’s natural process of wound healing and assist in the maintenance of healthy bacterial response, in adults as well as children. *
No synthetic growth hormones. Naturally derived phyto-estrogens may have been used in the animals that produced this colostrum.
My husband has taken this product for years for his chronic sinus infections- he's taken it for so many years that I have forgotten, but I would guess 8 years. We recently decided to see how he would do not being on it, and his sinus issues came back within a week or so! It helps with colds as well! What a product- thank you Beeyoutiful for once again offering our family a wonderful supplement.
Having taken Colostrum Transfer Factor, Bee Strong, Bee Immune, and Tummy Tune-up for awhile now, I have noticed I am definitely starting to see a marked increase in energy and a marked decrease in sickness. I am so excited to have these powerhouses on my side!
Colostrum Transfer Factor made a huge difference in joint inflammation and pain for me. This was a pleasant surprise as I actually had purchased it hoping for help in other areas.
Within a few days of starting to take the transfer factor, I discovered to my surprise that I was not having to take nearly so much prescription anti-inflammatory medication. I thought it might be a coincidence, but when I ran out of the Transfer Factor, that notion was quickly dispelled as the knee inflammation and pain quickly returned.
I would never have guessed it would help with this, but I suppose it makes sense considering my pain is inflammatory (not from osteoarthritis.) Inflammation seems to be the core of most disease / discomfort so anything that modulates inflammation should help, in theory, at least. It may not work everyone but it certainly made me feel better and made physical activity much less painful.
Beeyoutiful's product has a large number of capsules per bottle compared to other brands, meaning this is ultimately a better value for me than the other 'transfer factor" products I have tried, and for me it works better, so I will continue to use it.
For years I struggled with low energy after having a bad case of Epstein Barr virus. Then I found colostrum. Not only does it help with fatigue it helps withat my allergies and overall well being! Beeyoutiful keeps my costs down whole still offering a superb product.
Colostrum Transfer Factor along with Tummy Tune-up, Bee Immune, and our Super vitamins has been a life saver this winter! We started taking them on a daily basis which has boosted our immune system and kept us healthier than any other winter.
This stuff is amazing! I'm pregnant and had a horrible cold and gave to all 3 of my children. No one else came down with the nasty cold! I attribute it to this and tummy tuneup. Good stuff! Please keep it coming!
I do not know enough about colostrum to describe HOW it helps, but I know that it DOES help. When my daughter was born, she and I battled thrush for quite awhile. Because I did not have the money to buy all of the Anti-Yeast products suggested by Beeyoutiful, I only started out with probiotics and Yeast Assassin. We made progress, but it was slow. When I ran out, and needed to reorder, I added Colostrum to the order. I noticed that the cleansing/healing started to speed up with the addition of the Colostrum. I think it gave us the boost we needed to help our bodies fight off the yeast. I was super thankful for the effectiveness and also that it was safe to use with my baby.
This stuff is amazing! When my daughter was first born she got sick and I was researching something to give her and I came upon beeyoutiful and read about Colostrum, I talked to a representative and she said it was safe for my baby and I could just give it to her mixed in my breastmilk. WOW! Is an understandment. Two years later and the whole family uses it. We take it for colds, sore throats and any kind of congestion and recently found how well it works on earaches. It's great! Thank you for such a great product!
Yes, it can be and many of our customers do take it on a daily basis. Speaking with your care provider is the best way to get feedback on whether or not it would be beneficial as a daily supplement for the particular health situation you are dealing with.

We are not aware of any reason it would be problematic to take in pregnancy and have had quite a few customers who have used Colostrum in pregnancy with good success, but as with all supplements be sure to speak with your care provider to make sure they are appropriate for your particular health situation.

What is the difference between your two colostrum transfer factor products?
Question by: Pamela Koehlinger on Sep 27, 2016 9:26:00 AM
The primary difference is that one is sourced from grass-fed cows and one is not. We view the grass-fed as the higher quality (and it does unfortunately come with a higher price point). This Colostrum Transfer Factor will be discontinued when we sell out and the grass-fed will be the product we continue to carry long term. We have had many customers have good experiences with the non-grassfed colostrum and you can read through the reviews to see how well it has worked for many.
Our goal is to constantly look for ways to improve our product line and switching to grass-fed is a way for us to make this fantastic product even better!
Can this be given to a 8 month old? He has well controlled eczema but trying to use something to help him!
Question by: Michal Carthel on Sep 13, 2016 4:22:00 PM
This is a whole-food supplement made up of 100% freeze dried bovine colostrum. We would recommend having your baby's care provider review this before giving it to them. Ideally babies under a year old would get as much of their nutrition as possible from their diets. Additional supplementation should only be done with the supervision of their care provider to ensure its appropriate for their specific health situation.

How high can you go on a per day dosage for a six year old, 55 lbs.?
Question by: Molly on Dec 11, 2013 9:08:31 PM
You can give them a full dose, but I would start with a half dose of one capsule per day to make sure they tolerate it well. If they tolerate it, you can always increase the dose when needed for illness or immune boosting.

Could this help with eczema? I have a 2 year old who is covered in eczema. I plan to get her allergy tested soon. How much would I give her?
Question by: Lana on Sep 10, 2013 9:03:01 PM
Yes, this could potentially help with eczema! It works well to help with food and seasonal allergies which are often the cause of eczema. As long as she is not allergic to milk, she should benefit from it.
I would start with 1/2 capsule and see how she tolerates it. Then you can increase to 2 capsules per day. Can be added to liquid or soft foods!
Please let me know if you have questions, please let me k
