Directions: Steep 1 Tablespoon of Beeyoutiful Herbal Immuni-Tea Blend in 8oz. of boiling, distilled water. Steep for 5-20 minutes to desired strength. Strain and sweeten to taste.
Red Raspberry Leaf - A source of manganese, vitamin C, and iron, as well as several other nutrients, Red Raspberry Leaf is a great way to boost the immune system. It has been historically used to help shorten the duration of an illness.
Alfalfa Leaf - Alfalfa literally means the "Father of all Foods," a name well deserved. Source of a wide variety of minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, choline, sodium, potassium, silicon, and trace elements and is also a good source of Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Herbal Immuni-Tea Fruit Punch:
- 1 /2 Gallon of Brewed Herbal Immuni-Tea
- 4 cups frozen fruit (we like a combination of Mango, Blueberries, and Strawberries)
- 1/2 to 1 cup Raw Honey, to taste
With an immersion blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy. Can also be frozen into popsicles, which are a great treat for a tender throat.
