The Essential Oils that Make Sore Spot Possible
Coriander Essential Oil: Selected to help soothe the area of discomfort.
Peppermint Essential Oil: Peppermint's cooling relief is often used in blends to support muscles and joints. In addition to the cooling sensation, there is evidence that the calcium antagonist in peppermint can also bring topical relief.
Black Pepper Essential Oil: A powerful antioxidant that can support the body as it restores itself afterinjuries.
Marjoram Essential Oil: This powerfully soothing essential oil has a specific benefit of calming the nerves. Marjoram is known to work even better when paired with Black Pepper.
Basil Essential Oil: A long time favorite of many for speeding healing while bringing relief at the same time, it also helps to encourage beneficial blood flow to the area.
Rosemary Essential Oil: Rosemary is known to be great for massage on areas of soreness or and problematic joints.
Clove Essential Oil: Clove's warming effect helps to increase blood flow to the area which can aid in soothing and decreasing discomfort.
