The nursing bond between a mom and her baby is one of countless benefits from physical nutrition to emotional nurturing. Few things cause more distress to the nursing relationship than the threat of mastitis.

With more than 10 years of combined nursing experience, two veteran moms developed this fantastic herbal blend that helps to support and encourage healthy breastfeeding.

Udder Comfort Herbal Tea™ is a great tea to use when you are feeling under the weather and starting to feel discomfort in your breasts. The unique blend of herbs brings soothing and calming effects when Mom's experiencing clogged ducts, or during times of breast infections. It can also be used proactively to encourage optimal breast health.

With herbs that have been used historically to support women while breastfeeding, Udder Comfort Herbal Tea™ is full of nourishing elements that aid the body as it produces milk and maintains breast health. It's especially good when used in conjunction with excellent hydration and other therapies to support the body.

Organic Astragalus - Helps to naturally boost the immune system. Used in Chinese medicine to help foster robust immune systems and decrease length of illness.

Organic Rose Hips - Provides a good dose of Vitamin C (a natural antioxidant), plus adds a tart fruit-like flavor to the tea.

Organic Elderberries - Not only does it provide a fruity flavor, the real star quality that Elderberries bring to the cup are rich Bioflavonoids. They're responsible for helping to eliminate viruses and are also very rich in antioxidants and Vitamins A, B, and C, all helping to boost immunity!

Organic Yarrow - A natural immune booster, Yarrow helps encourage the body's immune system to naturally restore health to the body.

Organic Horsetail - Historically used in many applications in women's health, Horsetail is rich in minerals, flavonoids, and silica. Horsetail helps to support breast health with its antibacterial, antiviral and antioxidant properties.

Organic Nettle - Used in small amounts for its richness in iron and other nutrients to support healthy milk production.

Organic Orange Peel - Added primarily for flavor, Orange Peel is also high in powerful antioxidants called flavanones.

Note: Ask your care practitioner to review Udder Comfort's ingredients to verify they are an appropriate support for your specific situation. Contact primary healthcare practitioner for care immediately if you suspect you may have mastitis.

Storage: Due to the Beeyoutiful's Herbs and Bulk Foods being organic or wildcrafted, there is a slight chance that there could be some naturally occurring bugs. Beeyoutiful takes precautions on our end to minimize the chances, but we do suggest that you store them in a cold area - possibly the freezer - in an air tight container.

Mastitis and I are unfortunately permanent roommates.  After four kids with tongue ties and an oversupply problem, there are stretched out spots in my Benedict Arnold mammary glands that give out all the time to the evil bacteria lying in wait.    I have a whole protocol that involves lecithin, raw garlic and massive amounts of Vit C, but last year I added this tea to the line up and I LOVE it.   I like to drink it and think of all the herbs going out as tiny little warrior stallions aimed to bolster my immune system and kick some mastitis booty.    I don't know how much it helps, but I haven't had to go on antibiotics, and I'll take that as a big win.   Drinking this tea is my first line defense at the first hint of mastitis, and I don't know what I'd do without it.
