On those long nights when sleep has not found us, we turn to a warm mug of Catch-A-Dream Tea. It's formulated with a special blend of five herbs to support and nourish our bodies while encouraging deep and restful sleep. Effective and gentle enough for our littlest ones (2 and up!), Catch-A-Dream's soothing mint aroma will help lull you to sleep.

Directions: For ages 2 and up. Steep 1 Tablespoon of Catch-A-Dream Herbal Tea in 8 oz of freshly boiled distilled water. Steep for 5-20 minutes to preferred strength. Sweeten as desired. We enjoy it with raw honey or liquid stevia.

Chamomile: With its soothing properties, it is most famously used as a tea to help calm and soothe from the inside out. Its peaceful and delicate flavor adds a soothing undertone to the minty flavor of this tea.

Oat Straw: Folklore has long attributed Oat Straw (or what is also know as Avena) with the ability to aid sleep and peace. Oat Straw is from the green tops of the oat plant, harvested before the plant is in full flower. It's rich in minerals and other nutrients, nourishing the body and calming the soul.

Passionflower: Sipped by the French for centuries to help induce sleep, studies have shown that Passionflower works on receptor sites in the brain to help calm and reduce anxiety. It's not only calming, but delicious as well.

Peppermint Leaf: This highly aromatic herb is used in Catch-A-Dream not only for its delicious flavor, but for its ability to calm the digestion and support the body during any digestive storms. Calm digestion contributes to a large portion of our ability to relax, and thus is a important area to support when seeking restful sleep!

Catnip Leaf: Another popular herb in the mint family! Literature shows its popularity for centuries in helping children to calm and soothe. This delicious tea pairs well with the other flavors and adds its own unique peaceful effects to the tea.

Note: Do not drive or operate machinery directly after drinking. There is potential for some traces of gluten from the Oatstraw.
Pregnancy/Lactation: Do NOT use if pregnant or nursing.

Perfect tea blend for bedtime! January 1, 2016
Reviewer: Stephanie
This tea is wonderful!  I have a couple of children who just need a little help winding down at night, and on chilly evenings, they love chamomile tea.  This blend is even better than chamomile as far as the mixture of flavors, and it's perfect for a bedtime cup.  My little guys call it "Sleepy-bye" tea for some reason.  :)

When the big bag went on sale, I snatched it up...it's such a far better deal than buying a bedtime tea at the grocery store, and I know it's better quality, too!  I ordered some tea bags on Amazon for just a few dollars, and made up a bunch of pre-stapled bags of this blend for convenience.  (Because let's face it...sometimes a tea ball just seems like too much trouble when you want your tea NOW.)  I also gifted a bunch of them to friends and family for Christmas.

Chamomile is the prevailing flavor, but I like the undertones of minty, floral flavors, too.  Highly recommend!
