How does the new website affect me?

First off, for security reasons, the passwords of all customer accounts are not able to be transferred from one website platform to another. For that reason, you will need to re-register your account with us in order to get access to it again. To do this, go to the login page and click the Continue button under the New Customer section. Enter your email address, password and shipping info and your account should be good to go!

Secondly, all of your past order
history will not be available on this new platform. If you have any questions about past orders, please feel free to call us as we can access our old system for a limited time and attempt to get you any information that you need. All orders placed before February 24th, 8pm CST. will not show up in your new website accounts. But don't worry, we have them and will be shipping them as regularly scheduled!

Next, Bee Points Rewards are still in
effect, but will work slightly differently in this new system. Because of that, your Bee Points balance will not carry over. We mentioned this in December and increased the redeemable value of all Bee Points since then until now to give you an extra discount for the inconvenience. Moving forward, you will still earn and spend at the same rate as were setup on our old site, but be sure to check out the My Rewards section once you login to your account to see how to use the new Rewards system.
