Red Clover is often compared to alfalfa both for its nutritional value and appearance. The flowers were used in folk medicine as a remedy for lumps or knots. Its uses are incredible throughout its long history and there have been many studies on Red Clover's active properties. We believe this is a particularly beneficial herb for families to use and have on hand and we highly encourage our friends to learn about its many unique facets from books written by respected herbalists.
