I first got this as a sample and it's been on my list of "to buy" oils soon and I am so glad I finally bought it as a kit. With three daughters and myself we have needed this oil!!! This is wonderful!!!!
For the last year or so I have struggled with progesterone imbalance due to stress, causing some wild mood swings some months. I've done a lot to help myself heal but there are still some days that are rough. I rub this blend on my abdomen and the back of my neck and almost immediately feel calmer. It's been a life saver! And it smells lovely. :-) Thank you for a great affordable product.
This EO blend smells awesome! Along with clary sage it works wonders, alone it helps a lot with my hormonal issues. I told my husband that after a couple of weeks of using it I noticed how relax I felt. Love it!
This arrived just in time!
I put this where suggested, back of neck, abdomen, and back. I have had more relief from using this PMS product more than anything else I've used in the past 30+ years for cramping and pain. Now I need to go share this with my daughters!
This is our "go to" oil. My two daughters and I love this oil. My girls use it for stress, PMS, and all that goes with that:) I use it for stress and it just helps us to be able to relax and feel a little better. We diffuse it, put it on the back of our necks and the bottom of our feet. I keep it in a glass bottle of water right next to the diffuser for easy access.
Moderator’s Note: Water and oil do not mix; essential oils for therapeutic should be well diluted in a carrier oil before applying to the skin.
My two daughters have bad cramps & mood swings for a few days during their cycles (poor girls take after their Mom). Not to mention PMS mood swings. I figured we'd try this, what could it hurt. We all absolutely LOVE, LOVE the smell!!! (I had a hysterectomy 13 yrs ago because of endometriosis, but I even put some on my wrists occasionally for a quick mood pick-me-up!) The girls put it on their abdomen & lower back when the cramps hit. It does help for the most part, but some days they need additional methods of comfort (moist heat, etc). We just finished our rollerball, but I bought the undiluted bottle so I can refill it and it's good timing as they both are "cycling" at the same time. Help! ;)
I would recommend this to others to try. The smell alone is so wonderful!!
I ordered this for my sister who gets bad PMS, especially cramping. It helped her a lot, well worth the price! She often blends her own oils, but the oils in this blend are generally pricier so well worth buying this blend!
I bought this for my daughter to use during her first day of cycle, based off a previous review of it helping with her nausea. I bought a rollerball for her and myself. I love how it smells and have used it for myself without a difference made. My daughter hasn't seemed to have much relief either which was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, for us, it didn't work as we hoped.
Love, Love, LOVE this product! When the promotional introduction email came out I happened to be a little bit PMS-y at that moment. I had already had my Evening Primrose Oil supplement and had put myself in timeout for the moment so I wouldn't get too frustrated with my family! :) I saw the email and figured it was worth a try! Once I got the oil I started using it, just a dab on my wrists, anytime I got that edgy feeling. It works! I've used it in combination with Vetiver EO to help get solid sleep with pleasant dreams as well. It's a keeper! I've recommended it to so many friends who are having similar results. Good stuff!
Honestly, Evening Primrose has made a huge difference in easing my PMS, but I have been thankful to have this on hand. Last night, for example, I began to have back cramps painful enough to disturb my sleep. I applied the rollerball blend and within minutes felt my muscles relax and pain eased enough to get back to sleep. Besides being a relaxing lovely blend, it also often helps my headaches.
"I love this blend. With it's soft, fresh floral scent. It's like a boquet in a bottle. I was one of the testers for it before it was made available on the public market, and I loved it then. It smells great. It works well. I just really love this blend. In fact, I rarely buy blends because I just make my own, but I buy this one."
We have always bought the rollerball, but since there are so many of us who use Promise Blend, I bought the undiluted. Can you tell me the dilution ratios, or how many drops for a rollerball applicator and what carrier oil is best to use with it. Thank you.
