- Can I take Bee Strong while breastfeeding?
- Bee Strong should be perfectly fine for most people while breastfeeding. But as with any food item, be sensitive to how it makes you feel and how it makes your baby act. If there is no difference and/or there is an improvement, then you can enjoy the benefit of this great food. If you have sensitivity or you notice added fussiness in your little one, then do some testing to see if you can identify what is causing it, by ceasing supplementation, checking results, restarting, etc.

- The only thing that would make bee pollen unsafe for pregnancy is if there is an underlying sensitivity to bee products that is heightened due to the pregnancy. If there is no sensitivity or allergy to bee products, taking the product as directed on the label should be fine. As always, listen to your body, because you know it better than anybody else.
