I don't know if I am technically allowed to review this as I have not personally read this book. However, I know the theory and effectiveness of this method because my dad used it. Back in the early 90's my dad came across this book and read the whole thing. He shared a good portion of it with our family and we would do some of the exercises with him for fun. He did follow the regimen and helped his chronic back pain tremendously. My dad worked on an assembly line at GM for 18 years, and his back needed help! He got to where he had alleviated a good amount of pain, but wanted more help. So he actually went to an Egoscue clinic where they individually assess the people and make a specialized plan for their specific pains. He loved it, felt it was worth the money ans referred many friends to the clinic. I do not know if they still do the clinics or not. When I first saw this book pop up on Beeyoutiful, it was like a blast from my childhood as it was a focus of my dad's for many years! It works!
