Our original TheraNeem cream represents our most concentrated blend of organic Neem leaf extract, Neem oil and hand-filleted Aloe Vera.  The anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties of neem oil make it very effective against acne, ezcema, pimples, boils, psoriasis, and yeast related skin problems such as rash or scaling.

Neem Oil contains extraordinarily high levels of antioxidants, which help protect the skin from free radicals caused by over exposure to the sun, environmental toxins and other damaging elements.  Neem Oil also contains high levels of fatty acids which soak in quickly to soothe and nourish even chronically dry, itchy skin.
