While ginger certainly has a reputation for being spicy, this organic ginger tea is a bit milder than you might expect, with a nice pungency and a bit of ginger’s sweet undertones. Used in China for at least two thousand years as a digestive aid, as well as to relieve nausea associated with motion,* most cultures around the world have acquired fond feelings for ginger—both for its taste and for its soothing properties. We love this warming, spicy tea as a before or after meal treat, and for its ability to promote happy and healthy digestion.
Brew Well to be Well® For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink three cups daily, 30 minutes before or after meals.

I have used this tea for a few years now, since i have a weak stomach. And i can say that like it so much that i have to have it on hand at all times. A little bitter ginger taste in the beginning witch i have since gotten used to, it just tastes normal now. but the point is that on the first sign of stomach discomfort i always drink this and it comforts my stomach right away and keeps it from getting any worse.
If you can stomach this, I'm sure you will love it. For me, it was very bitter. I only got down about half a cup, but this tea company kicks out products that really work so I'm sure this one does too.
