Female Toner® uses a tonic approach to women’s health and is based on the traditional use of raspberry and strawberry leaf with nettle and other complementary herbs to ease the difficulties of balancing female cycles. It’s a pleasant blend of herbal tastes– slightly bitter and astringent with citrus and mint.

Contains:  Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Strawberry Leaf, Organic Nettle Leaf, Angelica Root, Organic Blessed Thistle Herb, Cramp Bark, Organic Spearmint Leaf, Organic Rose Hip, Organic Verbena Leaf, Organic West Indian Lemon Grass Leaf, Organic Ginger Rhizome, Organic Chamomile Flower.

Brew Well to be Well®
For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10 -15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Drink 2-3 cups daily or as needed.
