We are growing and need a new Customer Service Representative to make our customers feel welcome and solve their problems.
The job involves:
Answering Beeyoutiful's phone line.
Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and resources.
Data entry of customer and order information.
Entering orders accurately, interacting with shipping department to follow up with any special handling requirements.
Selling additional products, as appropriate, by recognizing opportunities to recommending related items.
Resolving customer service problems by listening to and clarifying the customer complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution, and escalating the problem when needed.
Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing product information.
Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
When there are 'quiet times' (this happens sometimes), helping out other departments doing jobs you can do at your desk, so you can still be ready to answer the phone if necessary.
Creating and responding to customer service tickets.
Things we are looking for
Great people skills: Customer Service experience is a plus
Good speaking voice and phone skills
Good typing skills and writing skills
Love to give customers a quality experience and are focused on that rather than getting through as many calls as possible
Able to build relationships with customers and make them feel welcome
Have the ability to solve problems and the ability to listen to what the customer really needs,
Always keep accurate records of what you did with each customer, and make sure their account is kept up to date
Able to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and by email so that you can resolve their problems
Able to de-escalate problems if customers are upset when they contact us
Able to grasp the underlying issue and find the resources that would be helpful for customers
Can cope with very busy times (like when we have a sale) and constantly reprioritize in a rapidly changing situation
Can multitask and work quickly and accurately
Can do some office work and light cleaning

The job is onsite in Centerville, TN. Hours of operation are 9am-5:30pm.
Start date is flexible. Can begin immediately upon hire.
