Step 1 Start with Buttercup over the eyelid using the Large All-Over brush. Here, a bold application was used, but colors may be applied as lightly as preferred. Some may like a sheer application for a subtle overall effect.
Step 2 For the crease of the eyelid, use Harvest Oak and the Angled Sculptor brush. This color is very rich, and a little goes a long way.
Step 3 Use the Small All-Over Brush to apply Matte Cream just under the eyebrows, against the brow bone.
Step 4 Dampen the Eyeliner Brush into a drop of water, then stir it into Deep Brown to create a smooth consistency. Apply in short strokes as an eyeliner across both the upper and lower lash lines. This technique is called foiling, you can watch how to do it, here!
