If you have been around the nutritional block a time or two, there is a pretty decent chance you've heard of the importance of Vitamin B12. There might even be signs in your local drugstore that proclaim the benefits of B12, ranging from increased energy to heightened immunity. But did you know that not all B12 supplements are created equal?
The average human body can take any form of B12 and convert it into usable form. However, there are ever-increasing groups of people who have a difficult time converting the basic version of B12, and thus we now offer the the methylated (pre-converted) form of B12 known as methylcobalamin or Methyl B12. This form of B12 is the easiest form for the body to utilize without requiring additional conversion.
Studies have shown that those who can benefit the most from Methyl B12 are those who carry the gene MTHFR; people suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder, Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s diseases, or neurological disorders such as Bell’s Palsy or Multiple Sclerosis; and individuals (such as the elderly or those with poor gut health) whose B12 deficiencies persist despite supplementation.
With age comes a decreased ability to absorb nutrients from our diets. B12 helps metabolize carbohydrates and synthesize proteins and fats, helping to release the nutrients needed in the body. Thus, a deficiency in B12 can also vastly impact the absorption and utilization of other nutrients in the body.
Beeyoutiful®'s BioB12 is the methylated form of Vitamin B12, providing superior bioavailablilty without the risk of toxicity that other forms can cause in some members of the population.
BioB12 should be chewed slightly or allowed to dissolve in the mouth and then held before swallowing for optimal sublingual (under the tongue) absorption.

I started taking B-12 specifically for my adrenal fatigue. I had previously been taking the Costco B-12. The problem with them is they have sucralose in them which causes my tongue to swell. I couldn't handle that anymore!
My husband bought these for me. Not only does my tongue not swell, I know I'm putting higher-quality ingredients in my body. They are great!

My husband has the MTHFR mutation and has suffered with low levels of B vitamins for some time. When Beeyoutiful first released this supplement, I ordered some for him to try. He got his blood results back yesterday and for the first time in years his B12 levels were not only normal, but HIGH. We are SUPER impressed with this product!!
How do they taste? I am thinking about them for my 18 year old son who has Crohn's, and I don't think I can get him to take them if they taste bad.

They are very sweet and tasty. Not dissimilar to candy. We haven't gotten any complaints about the taste of this product at all but have gotten reports from parents that have to store it well out of reach of their children so they don't eat the whole bottle! Hope this helps.
Is this safe to take in addition to the Supermom vitamins and the mineral blast capsules?
Question by: Tara on Oct 19, 2016 4:04:00 PM
Hello, we are not aware of any reason why it would be problematic to combine SuperMom and Mineral Blast and we have several customers who do just that. We always suggest having your care provider review the ingredients of any supplements you think might be beneficial to you to ensure that they are appropriate for your particular health situation and in combination with each other. The ingredient listing is available under the "additional information" tab at the top of each product description.
