Beeyoutiful believes it is crucial for children to get adequate Omega fatty acids to help fill the gaps when their diets may not be sufficient for the needs of their rapidly growing brains and bodies. We firmly believe that pure, unadulterated fish oils (and particularly cod liver oil!) are the most ideal way to supplement with omega 3. Due to sensitive gag reflexes or other extenuating circumstances. it may be difficult for some children to take pure cod liver oil. This is why we've chosen to carry Barlean's Omega Kids Swirl! It's passed the pickiest of picky kid (and adult!) taste tests in our Beeyoutiful families, and we believe it will help bridge a crucial gap for children and families that need it.

WHAT IS BARLEAN’S SWIRL? NUTRITION THAT TASTES LIKE DESSERT
If you've never tasted Barlean’s Swirl, we know what you’re thinking: there is no way you can make nutritional supplements like fish oil taste like dessert. But it’s not only possible, it’s delicious! Gone are the days of big, hard-to-swallow pills. Gone are the days of holding your nose so you can choke down a spoonful of bitter or fishy oil. Barlean’s Swirl supplements are emulsified utilizing a proprietary technology which turns standard fish oil, flax oil, and a variety of other essential nutrients into sweet, delicious smoothie-like supplements that taste like dessert. While pure fish oils are preferable because it doesn't come with all the extra ingredients used in this blend to make it taste so delicious, this is a great alternative for children and parents who are unable to supplement with fish oils in any other form.
WHY IS IT BETTER? MAXIMUM NUTRITIONAL VALUE
Amplified Absorption™ is Barlean’s proprietary emulsification technology that helps you get more out of your supplements. Amplified Absorption™ is designed to boost absorption and assimilation into the bloodstream, delivering significantly more nutritional value than standard supplements.

I am always a bit leery about trying new fish oil products because I have been disappointed by the many claims that it doesn't taste fishy. This one is definitely lives up to its claims! Even my husband who is super picky about fish things tasted it and said "Wait is that the fish stuff? That isn't bad at all" I wish it came in a flavor other than lemonade as two of my kids do not like lemons but for those that do they take this stuff without any complaints! It makes my mom heart happy to have such a quality vitamin with a good flavor.
My children love this fish oil, the taste is great! Concentration on their school work has gone up, they beg to take it, and the first to tell me when it's low so we can order more. They don't want to be without this product.
Not only does this product build their Omega supply, it has a great taste! Children willingly drank it each day. Omega is said to be good for children on the autism spectrum and those with attention troubles. I highly recommend this product.
Can I "overdose" my kids on vitamins and supplements? I'd like to give my kids this Omega 3 product, as well as a super vitamin and vitamin D. Is that too much? I don't know if there is some overlap that could cause problems.

It is possible to get too many of one type of nutrient but how much is too much is VERY dependent upon each individual situation with specific health histories, diet and lifestyle all playing a big role. For this reason we strongly suggest having a care provider review the list of supplements you wish to use with your children to make sure they are compatible and beneficial with their needs and dosage suggestions. The nutritional information and serving sizes is available on each product under "additional information" tab on the description. This can be printed off and brought to the care provider for review at an appointment.
